- Sheet music is available for purchase as digital downloads, and some titles as printed products (such as songbooks), which are posted to you. Prices are listed in the customer’s local currency (e.g., GBP, USD, EUR), depending on your location, and may be subject to VAT.
- Once payment is processed, you will receive a download link for digital sheet music. Printed products are sent as described in section 8.
2. Ordering and Payment
- Payments are processed through our secure payment system (Wix payments and PayPal).
- You agree to pay the total price at checkout, including any applicable taxes.
- By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
- As digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered. Please ensure the product is suitable for your needs before completing your purchase.

- In the event the digital file is defective or cannot be accessed, you may contact us within 14 days for assistance or a replacement. For example, if the file is corrupted or the download link does not work, we will assist in resolving the issue or provide a replacement.
4. Copyright and Usage Rights
- All sheet music is copyrighted by Elliott Jack Sansom. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the sheet music for personal use only.
- Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use of the sheet music is prohibited.
5. Delivery of Digital Products
- Upon successful payment, you will receive a link to download the sheet music immediately.
- You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary software to view or print the sheet music.
6. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Delivery of Printed Products

- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs or events outside our control.
- Please check that your delivery address is correct. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge for sending it again.
- For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
- If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time of its estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@elliottsansom.co.uk and we will help to trace it or arrange a replacement.
9. Returns of Printed Products
- If you live in the UK, you have the right to cancel an order for a printed product within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email us at info@elliottsansom.co.uk with your order number.
- Once you have told us you are cancelling, please return the item within 14 days, unused and in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless it is faulty or not as described. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost on their way back to us.
- We will refund the price of the item, and the standard delivery cost you paid, within 14 days of receiving the item back. We may reduce the refund if the item has been used or damaged beyond what is needed to inspect it.
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and, where possible, a photograph. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs.
- These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
